Return Policy

At Broadfeet Motorsport Equipment, LLC., we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience.
We offer a standard 30-day return policy on the majority of our 
Broadfeet® products. However, please note that some products may be deemed non-refundable or non-returnable. In addition, products from other brands that we sell may be subject to a 14-day return policy and a 20%-25% restocking fee. If you’re unsure about the return policy for a specific product, please consult your sales representative prior to purchase to avoid any confusion. Note, you must present your original packaging and documentation to ensure a successful return process. The buyer is in charge of any return label fee. You may also contact us for a return shipping label quote. Damaged, Used, or Modified condition items will not be credited or may be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping Policy

At Broadfeet Motorsport Equipment, LLC., we understand the importance of receiving your purchased products in a timely manner. All transactions are ideally fulfilled within 1-5 business days. If your delivery location is within our service area, we will use our Local Delivery program to get your products to you as quickly as possible. If your delivery location is outside our service area, we will ship your products via FedEx Ground, with a delivery time of 1-5 business days. Please note that shipping fees may apply.

Warranty Policy

At Broadfeet Motorsport Equipment, LLC., we stand behind the quality of our products. All of our Broadfeet® T-304 Stainless Steel products come with a limited lifetime warranty against rust, corrosion, and manufacturer craftsmanship such as fabrication defects. All other Broadfeet® products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against rust, corrosion, and manufacturer craftsmanship. To claim a warranty, you must provide the original receipt from an authorized vendor, provide photos of the issue, and contact a Broadfeet representative to open a claim. Please note that the original item cannot be altered or modified in any way. The original sale must be purchased at an MSRP price or show a warranty package was included. Liquidation, clearance, and on-sale items will not qualify for a warranty.

Below are some examples that will NOT qualify for return or warranty. Broadfeet Motorsport Equipment, LLC. reserves the right to refuse any return or warranty claim.
