A The effectiveness of the mass sensor (radar pad) is affected by this nudge bar. I have the 22 limited and it would throw errors on the dash that lasted about 4-5 minutes. Then the system would show no errors. In good weather it works about 98 percent of the time. When there is precip, the errors trigger every so many minutes of driving (couple times an hour). Every time it reset, it worked just fine. I fixed this issue by cutting that lower bar. Now it works great and looks even better. Would post a pic if this site allowed that.

My question has been posted on this very page for over a month and the company will not answer it.
The question is for a limited trim santa cruz: will the nudge bar affect the mass sensor mounted to the front of the vehicle.
So I bought the bar and had it professionally installed.
I can now answer my own question.
Yes. The nudge bar affects the mass sensor. If there is any precipitation errors are thrown on the dash. So about 15 minutes of no errors, then an error is thrown (indicators light up on the dash). The error state seems to last about 10 minutes then it resets.
When there is only sun it has only triggered an error state once in about 100 miles. Again the error state lasts about 10 minutes then resets. While the vehicle mass sensor is not in the error state everything works that is related to the mass sensor (auto braking, auto adjust cruise control, etc)
The bar looks good, but I think the company should care enough to answer questions being posed to it.
I am going to cut the nudge bar portion that is in front of the sensor.
